1st of Dhul-Hijjah is today, Sunday November 7th, 2010.The Muslims performing Hajj will be in 'Arafah on Monday, November 15th, 2010 (9th Dhul-Hijjjah 1431).
The Muslim Ummah will be celebrating 'Eid al-Adha on Tuesday, November 16th, 2010 (10th Dhul-Hijjah 1431) inshaAllah! :)
